Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the lower 48 states in the US.
Processing Times
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time are processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Delivery Addresses
- We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses.
- Commercial addresses are preferred and typically result in faster, more straightforward deliveries.
- Residential deliveries may occasionally experience slight delays as carriers often need to schedule specific delivery times with the recipient, especially for heavy freight.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Timeline
- Free shipping on all orders over $750 to the lower 48 states. (Orders under $750 will have shipping calculated at checkout).
- Standard delivery typically arrives within 1-3 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Non-Defective Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition/packaging where applicable.

Defective Products
- We recommend checking all products for defects or damage immediately upon arrival, before use or installation.
- Defective parts and tracks, or items damaged in transit, will be replaced or refunded at no additional charge to you.
- If you discover defects, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can collect the necessary information (e.g., photos, description of issue) to process your exchange or refund promptly.
Return Process

- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond quickly with detailed instructions on how to return the items from your order, including any required RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers.
- Replacement/Refund Info: You’ll receive information about when your replacement parts will be sent (if applicable) or an update on your refund status.
- Return Shipping Label: In most cases, for defective products or our shipping errors, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
