What This Fitment Guarantee Does Not Cover
- Incorrect Information Provided by Customer: Fitment issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete machine information supplied by the customer.
- Ordering Based on Assumption: Parts ordered without verifying machine compatibility with our team or fitment tools, especially for machines with known variations.
- Customer Measurement Errors: Issues due to incorrect measurements taken by the customer when trying to identify parts.
- Aftermarket Machine Modifications: Fitment problems on machines with significant non-standard or undocumented aftermarket undercarriage modifications that were not disclosed at the time of order.
- Damage During Customer Installation: Issues caused by improper installation attempts by the customer.
- Choosing the Wrong Part Despite Correct Options Presented: If correct options for the provided machine information were available and an incorrect one was selected by the customer without consultation.
In cases not covered by the Fitment Guarantee, our standard Returns Policy will apply for exchanges or returns of unused, uninstalled parts (restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply).
