This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Discount Tracks, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (the “Sponsor”), in partnership with ConstructionDad (the “Promotion Partner”). The Promotion is administered by the Sponsor. Questions may be directed to [email protected] or 307-429-0843.
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and the Promotion Partner, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Promotion begins on July 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
There are multiple ways to receive entries. Entries from all methods are combined into a single pool for the random drawing.
To enter without making a purchase, visit the free-entry page, add the free-entry item to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter a valid email address, and place the $0.00 order. Each completed free-entry order receives one (1) entry. Limit one (1) free entry per person for the Promotion Period. Free-entry and purchase-based entries have an equal chance of winning.
During the Promotion Period, qualifying purchases earn entries based on U.S. dollars spent (pre-tax and pre-shipping) on the order subtotal:
Purchase entries are attributed to the email address used on the order. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or charged back forfeit their associated entries. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning; the free method of entry in Section 4(a) is available to all eligible entrants.
Additional bonus entries may be earned by engaging with the Promotion post on the ConstructionDad Facebook page: liking the post (1 entry), tagging a friend in the comments (3 entries per friend tagged), and sharing the post publicly (50 entries). Social entries are optional and are not required to enter or win. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook (see Section 12).
Limit one (1) free entry per person under Section 4(a). There is no limit on the number of purchase-based entries an entrant may accumulate under Section 4(b). The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that it believes, in its sole discretion, were obtained through fraud, automation, or any method not authorized by these Official Rules.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period across all methods of entry.
One (1) grand-prize winner will be selected and will receive all of the following prize items:

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by the Sponsor (warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer). Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prizes. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded. Prizes will be shipped only to a valid address within the fifty (50) United States or D.C.
One (1) grand-prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries by August 5, 2026, and that winner will receive all of the prize items listed in Section 7. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided at checkout (whether the entry was submitted through the free method of entry in Section 4(a) or through a qualifying purchase in Section 4(b)) and announced on the ConstructionDad Facebook page. If the winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the time the notification is sent, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. To claim the prize, the selected winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address; a winner who cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize forfeits it, and a replacement winner may be selected at random, time permitting.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion and acceptance of a prize constitute the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s and Promotion Partner’s use of the winner’s name, city and state, and, where a winner voluntarily provides it, likeness and voice, for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Promotion Partner, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation personal injury, death, and property damage. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications; for any error, omission, or technical malfunction of any kind; or for any injury or damage to any person’s device related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., Milwaukee Tool, YETI, or NexGrill. All trademarks, product names, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook.
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules and the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy practices and will be used to administer the Promotion and, where permitted, for the Sponsor’s marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing at any time.
