Standard Warranty — Included with Every Purchase
Every set of tracks and undercarriage part you buy from Discount Tracks is automatically covered by our 30-month standard warranty at no additional cost. This warranty protects you against manufacturing and material defects — the same types of issues covered by OEM warranties, but with a longer coverage period.
The standard warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials under normal operating conditions. For coverage beyond standard defects — including wear, accidental damage, environmental factors, and terrain-related failures — see our Comprehensive Warranty upgrade below.
How Comprehensive Coverage Works
Add comprehensive coverage at checkout. If your tracks fail for any reason during the coverage period, we replace them.

Discount applies per warranty when coverage is added to all sets on the order. Warranty is applied per set of tracks — each machine is individually covered. Contact us for fleet orders of 15+ machines.
Pro-Rated Coverage Schedule
Your coverage percentage adjusts based on how long you’ve had your tracks. Earlier claims receive higher replacement value.
Example: If your $2,000 set of tracks fails at month 12, you receive a $1,200 credit (60%) toward replacement tracks.
Claims Requirements & Policy
To ensure fair coverage for all customers, all claims are subject to the following requirements.
Photo Documentation Required
All claims must include clear photos of the damaged tracks and photos of your undercarriage components (sprockets, idlers, rollers). Claims may be denied if track damage was caused by worn or faulty undercarriage parts.
Hour Meter Reading
You must provide the machine hour meter reading at time of purchase and at time of claim. This helps us evaluate normal wear patterns and verify usage falls within expected operating conditions.
30-Day Waiting Period
Comprehensive Warranty coverage begins 30 days after your confirmed delivery date. Claims filed within the first 30 days are handled under our standard return and manufacturer warranty policies.
One Claim Per Warranty
Each warranty covers a single claim. Once a claim is approved and fulfilled, the warranty for that set of tracks is considered used. Replacement tracks may be covered by purchasing a new warranty.
Inspection Rights
Discount Tracks reserves the right to request the return of damaged tracks for physical inspection before approving claims over $1,500. Return shipping will be provided if inspection is required.
Claims Review
All claims are reviewed by our warranty team. Customers with excessive or repeated claims may be subject to additional review. We reserve the right to decline future warranty sales to accounts with a history of abuse.

The Comprehensive Warranty is tied to the original purchaser and order. It is non-transferable if the equipment or tracks are sold to another party.
If your exact replacement is unavailable, we will provide a comparable product of equal or greater value, or issue a credit that can be applied to a future order.
