Orders and Shipping
A: 99.5% of orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipping, depending on your location and proximity to one of our 13 national warehouses. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow your delivery.
A: Simply click “My Account” at the top of DiscountTracks.com and then enter your basic information. You can also create an account during checkout when placing your first order. Having an account allows you to track orders, view purchase history, and manage DT Points rewards.
A: You can update your shipping address by logging into your Discount Tracks account and editing your address book under “My Account.” If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact [email protected] immediately before your order ships.
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your freight tracking information. You can also log into your Discount Tracks account and check your order status and shipment details under “My Orders.”
A: Only if you choose to securely save your payment information when you create or update your account. Discount Tracks uses encrypted, PCI-compliant systems to protect your data. You can manage or remove stored payment methods at any time from your account settings.
A: Yes, sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address according to state and local laws. The exact sales tax will be displayed during checkout. Tax-exempt businesses can submit valid exemption certificates to [email protected] prior to ordering.
A: We offer Free Standard Freight Shipping on all orders of complete rubber track sets (2 tracks) or undercarriage (2 parts) as well as discounted rates for a mix of tracks and undercarriage all displayed on the checkout page, delivered within the continental United States (lower 48 states). Orders for a single rubber track may incur a freight charge, which is calculated based on your delivery location and the carrier rates, and will be displayed during checkout.
A: Yes. Most orders are palletized and shipped together for safe delivery. If you order multiple tracks or parts, they are typically bundled together on one freight pallet whenever possible to ensure efficient shipping.

Returns and Exchanges
A: We accept returns on unused, uninstalled tracks within 30 days of purchase. Returned tracks must be in original condition and securely packaged. A restocking fee of up to $100 per track may apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Used or installed tracks are not eligible for return.
A: We apologize for any error. Please contact [email protected] immediately with your order number and photos of the item received. Our team will verify the issue and arrange for the correct item to be shipped or process a return at no cost to you.
A: Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing. If you notice damage:
– Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
– Take clear photos.

A: Return shipping instructions will be provided once your return is authorized. Returns are processed through the nearest participating warehouse, and the exact return address will be supplied by our support team upon approval.

A: Contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. If it has already shipped, we’ll work with the freight carrier to attempt a re-route, but additional fees may apply.
A: Changes or cancellations may be possible if your order has not yet been processed for shipment. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once the order is staged or shipped, cancellation may not be possible and restocking or return fees may apply.
A: Pre-orders are not available directly through the website. However, if a track size you need is out of stock, contact [email protected]. Our team can provide estimated restock dates and assist with placing a future order when inventory becomes available.
